Inspired by the view looking down onto a beautiful tropical beach, the artistic print brings together colourful beach umbrellas, golden sand, blue water and lush tropical foliage. Fresh lime and green tones frame the beach scene, creating a vibrant watercolour-style design with plenty of David Smith personality.

And there's a little story hidden within the print.

While developing the original artwork, David added an arrow as a production note. Somewhere along the way, that little arrow became part of the finished design — a happy accident that gives this small run of Resort Shirts something unexpected and individual.

Because each shirt is cut from a different section of the printed fabric, the arrow falls in a different position on each garment, meaning no two shirts are exactly alike.

The fabric is just as special as the artwork. Crafted from 100% Cotton Silcott, it has the relaxed textured look of linen and a beautifully silky-soft feel, while retaining the breathability and comfort of pure cotton.
